These Terms & Conditions govern the use of www.nuefind.com, operated by NueFind, an individual
proprietor operating as an online marketplace intermediary.
1. Marketplace Role NueFind acts solely as an intermediary connecting buyers and independent
brands. NueFind does not manufacture or directly sell products.
2. Seller Quality Checks NueFind conducts basic legitimacy and quality checks before onboarding
brands but does not guarantee product performance or suitability.
3. Eligibility Users must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law.
4. User Conduct Users must not misuse the platform, engage in fraud, scrape content, or disrupt
services. Accounts may be suspended without notice.
5. Pricing & Listings Product details are provided by sellers. NueFind may modify pricing or
discounts at its discretion.
6. Payments are processed via Razorpay. COD is not supported. Refunds for failed
payments follow gateway timelines.
7. Shipping Orders are shipped using logistics partners such as Shiprocket. Delivery timelines may
vary.
8. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted within 7 days. Return shipping costs are borne by
NueFind.
9. Seller Liability Sellers are responsible for authenticity, compliance, and product quality. Sellers
indemnify NueFind against claims.
10. Limitation of Liability NueFind is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is
capped at the order value.
11. Termination NueFind may suspend or terminate access without prior notice for violations.
12. Governing Law These terms are governed by Indian law with jurisdiction in Bangalore,
Karnataka, following arbitration.
