Nature of Platform

NueFind operates as an online marketplace that connects customers with independent third-party brands (“Brands”).


  • NueFind does not manufacture, own, or directly sell any products listed on the Platform

  • All products are listed, sold, and fulfilled by respective Brands

Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:


  • You are at least 18 years of age

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts

User Account


  • You may be required to create an account to access certain features

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials

  • NueFind shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account


Product Information & Disclaimer

All product-related information including descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are provided by the respective Brands.

NueFind does not guarantee:



  • Accuracy

  • Completeness

  • Reliability

Pricing, Payments & GST

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)

Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, as indicated GSTIN: 29AALCN3530G1ZD

Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways. NueFind does not store sensitive financial information.


Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the Brand NueFind reserves the right to:


  • Cancel or refuse any order

  • Limit quantities

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspicious activity, or stock unavailability


Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary

Shipping is handled by Brands or third-party logistics partners NueFind shall not be liable for:


  • Delivery delays

  • Loss or damage caused by logistics partners

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All return, refund, and exchange requests are governed by the Return, Refund & Exchange Policy available on the Platform.

NueFind reserves sole discretion to approve or reject such requests.


Store Credit

NueFind reserves the right to offer store credit instead of monetary refunds in certain cases, at its sole discretion.

Store credit:

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to:


  • Logos

  • Designs Text

  • Graphics

are the intellectual property of NueFind or respective Brands and are protected under applicable laws.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.


Prohibited Activities


  • Engage in fraudulent transactions

  • Misuse return/refund policies Attempt to

  • disrupt or harm the Platform Use the

  • Platform for unlawful purposes


Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law:

NueFind shall not be liable for any product-related issues including quality, safety, legality, or performance

All such responsibility rests solely with the respective Brand Further:

NueFind’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific

transaction


Indemnification


You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NueFind, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of:

  • Your use of the Platform

  • Your violation of these Terms

Suspension & Termination


NueFind reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate user accounts

  • Restrict access to the Platform

  • in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.


Dispute Resolution


In the event of any dispute:

Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through arbitration in accordance with applicable laws in India

The seat of arbitration shall be Bangalore, Karnataka

Subject to arbitration, courts in Bangalore shall have jurisdiction.


Governing Law


These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.


Changes to Terms


NueFind reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
