This policy applies to purchases made on www.nuefind.com, operated by NueFind, an individual
proprietor operating as an online marketplace intermediary.
1. Returns Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Products must
have original tags intact and be returned in original packaging.
Returns are accepted only for damaged products, wrong products delivered, or size-related issues.
2. Return Process Once approved, NueFind will arrange reverse pickup. Return shipping costs are
borne by NueFind.
3. Quality Check Returned items undergo a quality check. Refund decisions are made on a
case-by-case basis if conditions are not met.
4. Refunds Refunds are processed to the original payment method only within 5 to 7 business days
after return verification.
5. Cancellations Orders may be cancelled anytime before delivery. If cancelled by NueFind, refunds
are processed automatically.
6. Abuse Prevention NueFind reserves the right to refuse returns or cancellations in cases of abuse
or misuse.
7. Policy Updates This policy may be updated periodically and applies to future orders.
