1. Overview
This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) is issued by NEUFIND VENTURES PRIVATE
LIMITED (“NueFind”, “we”, “our”, “us”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.
NueFind operates as an online marketplace facilitating the discovery and purchase of products from
independent third-party brands (“Brands”). As a marketplace, NueFind does not manufacture or
directly sell products listed on the platform.
This Policy governs all return, exchange, and refund requests made through www.nuefind.com.
2. Return & Exchange Window
Customers may initiate a return or exchange request within 7 (seven) days from the date of
delivery.
Any requests submitted after this period shall not be eligible for processing.
3. Eligibility Conditions
Products must meet the following conditions to qualify for return or exchange:
- Must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Must have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
- Must be returned in the same condition as received
- Must not show any signs of:
- usage or wear
- stains, marks, or damage
- perfume, deodorant, or external odors
NueFind reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.
Rejected items will be shipped back to the customer.
4. Mandatory Proof for Claims
For claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers are required to provide a
complete and clear unboxing video.
- The video must begin before opening the package
- The product and packaging must be clearly visible
Failure to provide valid proof may result in rejection of the claim at the sole discretion of NueFind.
5. Return & Exchange Approval
All return and exchange requests are subject to verification, review, and approval at the sole
discretion of NEUFIND VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED.
Approval is contingent upon:
- Compliance with this Policy
- Verification of submitted proof (if applicable)
6. Exchange Policy (Preferred Resolution)
NueFind prioritizes exchanges over refunds for eligible requests, particularly in cases of size or fit
issues.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be processed
7. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only after:
1. The returned product has been received by the Brand or designated facility
2. The product successfully passes a quality check (QC)
Additional terms:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
- Processing timeline: 5–7 business days post QC approval
- NueFind reserves the right to withhold or deny refunds if the product fails QC
8. Reverse Shipping Charges
NueFind reserves the right to deduct a reverse shipping fee from the refund amount.
- The applicable fee will be communicated at the time of initiating the return
- This fee is non-refundable once the return process has been initiated
9. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Sale, discounted, or promotional items
- Products returned without original tags or packaging
- Used, worn, washed, or altered products
- Products returned after the 7-day window
10. Minor Variations Disclaimer
Variations in color, texture, or appearance due to:
- Lighting conditions
- Photography
- Screen/display settings
shall not be considered defects or grounds for return.
11. Marketplace Limitation of Liability
NueFind operates solely as an intermediary platform between customers and Brands.
- Product quality, specifications, manufacturing, and fulfillment are the sole responsibility of the
respective Brand
- NueFind facilitates return and exchange processes but does not assume liability for
product-related issues beyond platform obligations
12. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
NueFind reserves the right to:
- Monitor return patterns and customer behavior
- Reject requests in cases of suspected misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity
- Restrict or suspend accounts involved in repeated or suspicious return activity
13. Right to Refuse
NueFind reserves the absolute right to:
- Refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that does not comply with this Policy
- Modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice
