SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed on www.nuefind.com (“Platform”),
operated by NueFind, an individual proprietor operating as an online marketplace intermediary.
1. Shipping Coverage NueFind currently delivers products only within India.
2. Order Processing & Packaging All products listed on the Platform are packed by the respective
independent brands. NueFind manages pickup, shipping, and delivery through its logistics partner,
Shiprocket. Sellers are not involved in the shipping process beyond packaging.
3. Delivery Timeline Orders are typically delivered within 4 to 7 business days from the date of order
confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary due to location, logistics constraints, or unforeseen
circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are fixed and clearly displayed at checkout before order
confirmation.
5. Delivery Attempts If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the logistics partner will
attempt re-delivery as per standard courier practices.
6. Order Delivery Status An order is considered delivered when marked as delivered by the logistics
partner.
7. Partial Shipments Orders containing products from multiple brands may be shipped separately
and arrive at different times.
8. Delays & Force Majeure NueFind shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond
reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or
logistical disruptions.
9. Restricted Locations Currently, there are no restricted pin codes. Delivery availability is subject to
serviceability by logistics partners.
