This Grievance Redressal Policy is published in accordance with the Consumer Protection
(E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and applies to users of www.nuefind.com (“Platform”), operated by
NueFind, an individual proprietor acting as an online marketplace intermediary.
1. Objective NueFind is committed to resolving customer and seller grievances in a fair,
transparent, and timely manner.

3. Scope of Grievances Users may raise grievances related to: - Orders, deliveries, returns, and
refunds - Payments and transactions - Product-related issues - Platform usage concerns
4. Resolution Timeline All grievances will be: - Acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt - Resolved
within 30 days from the date of receipt
5. Mode of Submission Grievances must be submitted via email to the Grievance Officer at the
email address mentioned above.
6. Escalation If a user is not satisfied with the resolution, the grievance may be escalated to the
appropriate consumer forum as per applicable Indian laws.
7. Policy Updates NueFind reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updated versions will
be published on the Platform.
